During the discovery phase with TeamUp, we uncovered two key bottlenecks:

1. The front-end of the hiring process—screening, scheduling, and document prep—was taking up most of the team’s time.
   
2. The company was spending significantly on external recruiting solutions without seeing a return in speed, quality, or retention.
