With a warm smile and unwavering determination, Anna Tobillo bridges two worlds – her Filipino heritage and American business acumen – to revolutionize how companies think about remote talent. As a mother of two young children and a dynamic entrepreneur, she embodies the very work-life integration that has become TeamUp’s hallmark.
Drawing from her firsthand experience running a home care agency alongside her husband, Anna intimately understands the unique challenges that home care business owners face. It was during a particularly challenging period, watching her own scheduler approach burnout, that she discovered her mission: connecting American home care businesses with exceptional Filipino talent who could provide both specialized expertise and genuine care.

Today, Anna leads TeamUp with a unique blend of heart and strategic vision, focusing primarily on transforming home care operations. Under her guidance, the company has grown into a thriving family of dedicated professionals, with an exceptional client retention rate that speaks to the quality of their specialized healthcare support services. This success stems from her deliberate integration of core Filipino values – “Malasakit” (deep care) and “Bayanihan” (community spirit) – into every aspect of the business.

As Co-Founder of TeamUp, Angie leads the company’s operational strategy, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and workforce development to onboarding and consistent, high-quality client service delivery. With over 15 years of experience across both corporate and outsourcing environments, she has led diverse, cross-functional teams across global markets, consistently driving results in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
Angie’s expertise spans marketing, project management, change leadership, and process optimization, with a strong focus on leveraging automation and data-driven strategies to scale efficiency and impact. She brings deep domain knowledge in the healthcare, insurance, and banking and finance industries, helping clients navigate complex operational challenges with clarity and confidence.
